I tried the Mega T green tea with Hoodia, but it was too strong for me, at about 2 weeks I got upper stomach pain (liver?) and it wouldn’t go away, even with food. The pain was constant and I couldn’t take it anymore so I started taking this Mega T green tea and it doesn’t have as much appetite suppressant as the other, but it does make me feel pretty alert and I no longer have the need to drink coffee anymore which is nice. If I take it on an empty stomach I feel a little nauseated, so I take it with a full glass of water and some bites of food, or milk. I feel like the antioxidants are good for me and have kept me pretty healthy even though all of my family members have come down with colds (twice). I like that it has added calcium. I found this to be pretty inexpensive and easy to take and gentle on my digestive system. I’ve lost about 3 lbs in 2 weeks and it seems to have stabalized, it was probably just water weight. I like taking this and will continue in the future.

12/16/09 update, the scale keeps dropping, it’s been almost 2 months and I’m down 5 lbs (started at 143 and now 138, almost 137). Amazing. I’ve never been able to lose weight unless I did some serious dieting before. I haven’t changed my diet and haven’t exercised. Although I’m sure if I did eat better my results would be even better by now. I love Mega T!

I've tried several dietary supplements in the past and never had any success with any of them. I definitely see results with these capsules. And it's really great to be able to see results. I also like the fact that it was low priced.

There was a little bit of "figuring it out", though. If I take it without having just eaten, it makes me a bit nauseous. And if I take it too late in the day, I have trouble sleeping. But if I take it right after breakfast, and right after lunch, it works wonderfully. And the number on the scale keeps going down!

You have to be on it consistently for a few days (that's when I noticed results), but I have to say that it works and it really keeps your appetite at bay. I ended up losing 25 lbs (and I was already slim), but it was perfect for that little last bit that was so hard to get rid of. I love this stuff!

I skeptically bought this a week ago and to my surprise it really works! It works really well at surpressing appetite and increasing energy with absolutely no caffeine or ephedra or any stimulants that I know of. It does make me wonder if I’m vitamin deficient or if it’s the antioxidants in the decaf.-green tea extract that makes this work.
